Sparkling Rosé Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients: 

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling rosé wine, chilled (use sparkling Italian Soda for cocktail version)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Recipe:
  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the strawberry lemon mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp, if desired.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the strained strawberry lemon mixture with the simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the strawberry lemon mixture into each glass, filling about halfway.
  6. Top each glass with chilled sparkling rosé wine, gently stirring to combine.
  7. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your Sparkling Rosé Strawberry Lemonade cocktail!

Season 4 - Episode 1: Brunch Bites - Cinnamon Crunch French Toast

Cinnamon Crunch French Toast (Vegan)
Ingredients: 
  • 4 slices of thick-cut bread (like sourdough or Texas toast)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cinnamon crunch cereal (check for vegan certification), crushed
  • Vegan butter or oil for frying
  • Maple syrup, for serving
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Recipe:
  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together almond milk, flour, cornstarch, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  2. Place crushed cinnamon crunch cereal on a plate.
  3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little vegan butter or oil.
  4. Dip each slice of bread into the almond milk mixture, coating both sides well, then press into the crushed cereal to coat.
  5. Place coated bread slices onto the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet and serve hot with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.

Cinnamon Crunch French Toast (Non-Vegan)
Ingredients: 
  • 4 slices of thick-cut bread (like brioche or challah)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cinnamon crunch cereal (like Cinnamon Toast Crunch), crushed
  • Butter for frying
  • Maple syrup, for serving
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Recipe:
  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Place crushed cinnamon crunch cereal on a plate.

Ingredients: 

2oz Vodka (Do not use if Mocktail)
2oz Lime Juice
4oz Ginger Beer

Chilled champagne or Prosecco
Lime wedges + Mint for serving

Recipe:
  1. Pour 1 ounce each vodka and fresh lime juice into two glasses, then top each glass with 2 ounces ginger beer. Pour champagne over then garnish with limes and mint.
  2. Serve chilled!

Episode 10: Brunch Bites - Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients: 
6 large eggs, whisked (Vegan Option: Just Egg)
2/3 cups milk (Vegan Option: Oat Milk or Almond Milk)
1 cup cheese, shredded (you can use Mexican cheese blend, mozzarella, cheddar, or Monterey Jack)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
5 slices day-old whole wheat bread, cut into cubes
4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled into bite-size pieces (Vegan Option: Beyond Meat Breakfast)
1 cup cooked vegetables, chopped (broccoli, corn, bell peppers, onions or anything you have leftover from last night’s dinner)

Recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, cheese and salt until thoroughly combined.
3. Soak the cubed bread in the egg mixture and stir until just combined (you don’t want to over mix the bread or it will break apart).
4. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
5. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch greased pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden.
6. Serve.
*Can be doubled and cooked in a 13 x 9 inch dish

Episode 8: Cheers - Caramel Apple Mimosa

Caramel Apple Mimosa
Ingredients: 

1 bottle of Prosecco or Champagne (Mocktail: Use ginger ale)
1 bottle apple cider
1/2 cup bourbon

1/2 cup caramel
1/3 cup brown sugar
Thinly sliced apples


Recipe:
1. Spread caramel on rim of glass and then dip in brow sugar until entire rim is covered.
2. Pour 1/2 shot of bourbon into glass, followed by champagne.
3. Top with apple cider and apple to garnish.

Episode 8: Brunch Bites - Cinnamon French Toast Bites

Cinnamon French Toast Bites
Ingredients: 
4 thick slices of Texas toast or slightly stale white bread
2 large eggs (Vegan Option: Just Egg substitute or Vegan egg white)
1/4 cup milk (Vegan Option: Almond/Oat Milk)
Pinch of Salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp butter (Vegan Option: Earth Balance or Mykonos Butter)
Mapple Syrup to serve


Recipe:
1. Cut the crust off the bread, then cut each piece into 9 equal cubes.  Whisk the eggs, milk and salt in a medium bowl.
2.
 Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
​3.
Melt 1 1/2 tbsp of butter in a fry pan over medium high heat. Don't let the butter brown.
4.
Quickly toss half the bread cubes in the egg mixture and use your hands to shake off excess egg mixture. Place the bread cubes in the fry pan and use a wooden spoon to "sauté" them until browned on all sides - about 2 to 3 minutes.
5.
Remove the bread cubes from the fry pan straight into the sugar mixture. Toss to coat, then remove onto a plate.
6.  Repeat with remaining bread cubes.
7. Serve immediately, with maple syrup for dipping.
